SHOW INFORMATION

• THE TRUE STORY OF THE 3 LITTLE PIGS!

  • Based off of the book by Jon Scieszka and Lane Smith

• Did he really huff? Did he really puff? Did he really blow those houses down? Step into the jury box and decide for yourself! This musical comedy by Robert Kauzlaric, Paul Gilvary, and William Rush follows the Big, Bad Wolf as he takes the stand in Piggsylvania’s Trial of the Century and pleads not guilty to his crimes against the three little pigs!

• Run Time: Approximately 60 minutes (no intermission)

• Each performance will end with a Q&A session run by the actor

COST & DETAILS

• The tour show cost is $850 for one performance.

• If you book two shows in one day at your school, the second show will only be $500.

• Performances are available on Wednesdays and Fridays of each week from March 15th to April 26th.

  • There  will not be any shows on April 12th. 

• Teachers will receive a curriculum companion that corresponds to the show and links to SC College- and Career-Ready Standards​.

WHAT INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

• School name, grade(s), and teacher contact information.

• We'll send you a reservation confirmation by the end of the week, and then you'll receive your invoice no later than one week after your reservation is made.

• A headcount of students and teachers attending.

• Please note: If the number of students exceeds 500, we suggest booking two shows at your school. 

• Location at your school where the performance will take place. Will it be in a theater, cafetorium, cafeteria, gym, etc.? 

• Performance time preference

• Early morning, before lunch, or right after lunch? Shows cannot start any later than 1pm.

WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. Deposits for the spring tour are due no later than 8 weeks before your scheduled performance

• Full payments are due 4 weeks prior to the performance date. Unpaid reservations are subject to cancellation.

 

WHAT IF OUR STUDENT NUMBERS CHANGE?

• That’s ok! We anticipate number changes throughout the year. We can perform for as many students as you like! However, for a most enjoyable experience, we recommend a maximum of 500 audience members for a performance. We are happy to perform two performances at your school in order to accommodate more students.

 

WHAT IF I HAVEN’T GOTTEN PRINCIPAL APPROVAL BEFORE RESERVATIONS OPEN?

• We recommend reserving your tour performance even if it hasn't been approved yet, as reservations will fill up very quickly. Our tour might have lengthy waiting lists, so if you have to cancel your reservation, another school will be happy to take your spot!

 

I’M IN! HOW DO I RESERVE?

• Reservations open Thursday, January 11th, 2024 at 9:00am. Reservations cannot be taken before this date.

• Reservations can only be made by filling out the reservation form that will be posted on this page. 

• Reservations go fast. We recommend filling out the form on the first day that reservations open!
