WE ARE UNABLE TO TAKE RESERVATIONS BY PHONE.

All of the questions you'll need to answer are listed to below. Having that information prepared ahead of time will help make your reservation process quick and seamless.
We recommend already being logged in to a Gmail email address. This will help ensure your information is received, and will allow you to log back into your form and make changes.
The link to the online form will open at 9am. There will be a button at the top of this page that will say "MAKE A SCHOOL-TIME SHOW RESERVATION." You'll click that button and it will take you to the form.
After filling out the form, be sure to press the "Submit" button at the bottom of the Google Form. If you reach a screen that says "Your school show request has been received! We will be in touch!," then your form has been received. If you don't receive a confirmation screen like this, then we have not received it. Google Forms will also send you a copy of your responses.
We will start processing all of our online forms in real time as we receive them.
Reservation requests will be processed in the order they are received.
We'll send you a reservation confirmation within 3 business days letting you know the performance, date and time we're able to accommodate you.
You'll receive your invoice no later than two weeks after your reservation is confirmed.
If you're having issues with our online form, you may contact us. However please be aware this is a very busy day for us and it may take us some time to respond.

To make a reservation, you'll need to have all of the following information ready to answer on our online form. Having this information prepared ahead of time will help make your reservation process quick and seamless.
For each show you hope to attend, be prepared to rank your first, second and third preference of performance day & time. You will also be able to indicate which performances you cannot attend at all.

If you're unsure if you'll lose or gain students, we recommend aiming high and we can always adjust before you make your final payment.
Please note: Children from 1 day old to 18 years old should all be included in your reservation total.

Any school staff are considered a "teacher" (nurse, bus driver, student teacher, principal, classroom aid)
For homeschool groups, pleas limit only one teacher (free ticket) per household. Any additional adults attending will be considered chaperones and should be indicated in the chaperone count

Chaperones are considered any non-staff (parents, volunteers, etc.)

Students & Chaperones: $13/each
Teachers are admitted FREE for all performances.
For homeschool groups, please limit one teacher (free ticket) per household. Other adults attending will be considered chaperones and will be charged the chaperone rate.
**Please note - Children of all ages, from 1 day old to 18 years old, all require a ticket. A ticket is required for anyone that enters the building.
Each show runs between 45-90 minutes. See specific show below for run time.
Teachers will receive a curriculum companion that corresponds to the show and linked to SC College- and Career-Ready Standards.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. Deposits for all productions are due in early fall. Specific deposit dates will be assigned upon reserving.
Full payments are due 4 weeks prior to performance date. Unpaid reservations are subject to cancellation.

That’s ok! We anticipate number changes throughout the year. We can change your reservation numbers (pending availability) up until final payments are due.
We recommend aiming high in your number estimate, then adjusting later when you have a final count.

We recommend reserving your group even if the trip hasn't been approved yet, as reservations fill up very quickly. Our school time performances always have lengthy waiting lists, so you if you have to cancel your reservation, another school will be happy to take your spot!

We cannot accommodate phone reservations. Everyone must submit a request through our online form.
Reservations go fast. We recommend submitting the online form ASAP.
