The Spartanburg Youth Theatre uses 7th-12th graders to crew all of our productions. No previous experience is required to crew!
Crew positions include props, running fly rails, sound, microphones, lights, and spot lights.

DIARY OF A WIMPY KID: THE MUSICAL
Crew Application Deadline: Wednesday, September 11, 2024 at 12pm
Applicants will be notified if they have been selected to crew by Mon, Sept 16, 2024.
CREW MEMBERS MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR THE FOLLOWING DATES:
Crew Parent Meeting: Wednesday, September 25, 2024 from 5:30-6:30pm
If you are unable to attend the meeting, you and a parent must schedule a time to meet with SYT staff directly.
Crew Views: Wed, Oct 2 (5:30-7:30pm) OR Thurs, Oct 3 (5:30-7:30pm)
Crew members must attend only one of these two nights to watch a run of the show.
Crew Training: Saturday, October 5, 2024 from 10am-12pm
It is very important that all crew members are able to attend this training. Makeup dates for training are very difficult to schedule and will be avoided at all costs.
